宗旨沿革

沿革：1993年成立以來以服務花東在地為範圍， 以培育後山在地藝術文化人才能力及發表展示機會為經，更結合花蓮觀光生活致力推廣生活旅行文化為緯，協助政府推動花蓮直航國際都市之政策不遺餘力。

Achievements：Since its establishment in 1993, the foundation has maintained 2 main threads: to nurture people’s skills in and to promote opportunity to exhibit natives’ art and culture, and to combine Hualian’s tourism resources with life. In this vein, we have provided requisite assistance to local authorities to actualize international direct flights to prospective cities.

Over the years, we have made significant and solid progress to help people understand our lovely Hualian.

對旅遊服務的角色扮演有：專題講座、對談分享、亮點分享
拓展非營利組織工作視野：提升專業知能、會務推動、業務推動

To promote tourism, we have organized lectures, conferences, and outings.
To expand this nonprofit’s scope, we have further developed professional capabilities, organized meetings, and improved organizational infrastructure.

Concurrently we interact with multiple social groups for learning and information sharing.
